Add a de-haze tool#120

I literally use the Lightroom App for using these 2 options among the clarity option just to add more detail to my photos. I think It could be nice to implement those options or something that could help to remove those outside extra steps.

Darkroom already has Clarity and Sharpness, which get very close to texture. We think that the nuance between Clarity and Texture would be hard to differentiate for most people. But dehaze we get.
