Preserve album order & folder structure#175

I’d love albums to display just like they do in the Apple Photos app. It’s confusing to work between the apps and have all my albums out of order.

Yes it possible for iPad Apps to show folders containing albums in Photos, Pixelmator do it. Without this it is impossible to work with Darkroom for me. Pixelmator do it natively. But Affinity don’t want or cannot do it. Very strange. What you need to understand is it is absolutely necessary to have the folder classification for people like me with 250000 pictures well classified. Without we will never buy Darkroom or Affinity because we cannot navigate into our database.

May each file maintain its metadata, regardless of any transferring, editing, reorganising etc.?

Just being able to have folder parity with the Darkroom Mac app would be fantastic.
