Make home-bar behaviour configurable#219

I find it entirely too annoying how the app requires two swipes to leave, but I’m sure there are folks who prefer it. I just feel like copying the behaviour of other core-apps like the Photos app makes the most sense instead of introducing a behaviour that is best served by games.
