LASSO#278

Please add a magnetic lasso or any lasso tool. It simply allows us to create our own range for manipulation instead of foreground, background, subject which sometimes doesn’t work right even after adjusting the luminance range. Lasso will allow precise selection around subjects or even pieces of landscape.
