Add heal tool#39

It would be great to have a healing tool which can be used to remove unwanted objects from an image. Snapseed has a great heal tool as an example.

Any updates on when a heal tool might be available? I’ve bought darkroom and am at a loss as to what to do to heal out objects like trash in an image.
