Support import & export for Flickr#408

Flickr has a great API and stores full resolution original photos for photographers. It’s app can also privately sync all photos from multiple sources to one account, similar to iCloud. Adding the ability to directly browser and edit photos in Flick would improve the workflow of photographers who use it as their primary storage, including Android phone users with a Mac or iPad
