Option to Adjust Appearance (Dark, Light, or Auto)#466

Under “Settings…” there should be an option to adjust the appearance of the app manually (i.e., Dark, Light, Auto).

Currently the app theme only changes with enabling Dark Mode on the Mac.

We fixed the temporary mac issue a couple of months back.
