Add ability to edit the (gps) location metadata#190

It is normal to at times get a poor gps fix when taking a photo. So - I understand issues allowing this, but it seems silly when position is on wild ways. Attached image show difference - giving different addresses. Iphone 13 pro Halide by the way. Will send to Halide dev’r as well.
