Ability to adjust time, down to seconds#257

I forgot to change my camera’s time during DST, and now some photos are stuck with time an hour behind! Apple allows you to adjust this in the photos all, but not seconds (it actually spits out a number for seconds!) it would be great to adjust this manually!
