Select other Photos Library, not just System Library#284

I use PowerPhotos to manage multiple Photos Libraries. Darkroom only allows me to manage the System Library. Each time I chaneg the system library I must disabel iCloud sync while I swap libraries. I swap libraries because I only have a 256GB Macbook Air and the 400GB library must reside on an external SSD.
