I’d like Darkroom to offer an option to save non-destructive edits directly to the Photos app. This could work by embedding Darkroom’s metadata (e.g., adjustments, crops, filters) into the photo’s metadata or by associating it with the image identifier in iCloud Photos.
This would allow edits to:
• Sync seamlessly across devices via iCloud Photos.
• Be re-editable in Darkroom when opened on another device.
• Stay non-destructive without requiring exports or duplications.
Currently, edits are tied to the local instance of Darkroom, making cross-device workflows difficult. This feature would elevate Darkroom’s utility for users.
